Pricing & Plans
SalonGrid Studio offers seven monthly plans in CAD. Starter is $397/month, Growth is $697/month, Pro is $1,097/month, Social Growth is $1,797/month, Content Machine is $2,497/month, Viral Growth is $3,997/month, and Studio Domination is $5,997/month. Each plan increases in content volume, AI features, posting capacity, and growth support.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your business grows or your content needs change. We recommend choosing the plan that matches your current volume, goals, and budget, then scaling up when you need more videos, more posting support, or more automation.
We do not offer a free content trial. Instead, we offer a free consultation and AI Plan Finder experience to help you understand which plan fits your business before subscribing.
The monthly plans themselves are subscription-based. Some optional add-ons, such as automation setup or branded extras, may be billed separately if selected, but the core monthly plans are structured as recurring subscriptions.
Videos & Content
We create short-form social media content for beauty businesses, including transformation videos, service showcases, promotional videos, reaction/testimonial content, trend-style edits, AI storytelling videos, and AI promotional commercials depending on your plan. Content is tailored for beauty brands such as nail salons, hair salons, lash studios, med spas, tattoo studios, barbershops, and similar businesses.
You send us your photos and video clips through a structured upload system. We organize your content, match it to the right templates, and turn it into social-ready videos. The system is designed to make uploads simple and repeatable each month.
Turnaround depends on plan level, upload quality, and the type of content requested. Standard recurring content is produced through a structured monthly workflow after your uploads are received and planned. Higher plans receive more content volume and broader production support.
Yes. Revisions are part of the workflow. The exact revision experience depends on plan level and production stage, but the system is built to allow adjustments while keeping monthly content production efficient and organized.
Automation
The automation features are designed to help beauty businesses save time, respond to clients faster, and stay consistent without needing to manage everything manually. Depending on your plan, automation can include missed-call text responses, instant replies to new leads, follow-up messages, review requests, appointment reminders, and AI chat support on your website. These tools help you capture more clients, stay organized, and keep your business running even when you’re busy with appointments.
No special software is required on your side to get started with SalonGrid’s core service. We handle the content system and structured workflow for you. If advanced automation is part of your plan or future setup, we guide the integration and operational flow.
Yes. The automation system is designed to work alongside most booking setups used by beauty businesses. It can handle things like lead replies, reminders, follow-ups, and client communication without changing the way you currently schedule appointments. The goal is to make your business run smoother while keeping the booking process you already use.
Social Media Posting
Posting support depends on plan level. Managed posting is primarily intended for higher-tier plans, while lower plans focus more on content delivery and approvals. The overall system is designed so some plans receive stronger posting and growth support than others.
SalonGrid content is designed primarily for short-form platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts and TikTok. Content can also support Facebook and other social channels where short-form promotional content is useful for beauty businesses.
Yes. The workflow is built around structured planning, production, approval, and delivery. Depending on the plan and posting arrangement, content can be reviewed before publishing.
Plans & Features
That depends on how much content you need, how often you want to post, whether you want AI-enhanced videos, and how much support you want with growth and automation. Starter is best for businesses beginning with a lower content volume. Growth increases consistency. Pro introduces premium AI access. Social Growth, Content Machine, Viral Growth, and Studio Domination are built for businesses that want progressively more content, stronger growth support, and larger-scale output.
Yes. SalonGrid can include add-ons and extra services depending on your needs. The system is designed to support optional upgrades such as extra content support, automation-related services, and other enhancements beyond the base monthly subscription.
AI promotional commercials are premium plan features that begin in Pro and expand as plans increase. Pro includes 1 AI promotional commercial, Social Growth includes 2, Content Machine includes 3, Viral Growth includes 5, and Studio Domination includes 8. These are distinct from standard edited videos and are part of the premium AI feature ladder.
Contracts & Cancellation
SalonGrid is positioned as a monthly subscription service. The offer is built around recurring monthly plans rather than locking every client into a rigid long-term structure from the front end.
Cancellation handling should follow the subscription and support process connected to your account. Clients can contact support to manage subscription changes, discuss plan adjustments, or stop service according to the billing structure in place.
Content already created for your business remains part of your delivered work. Ongoing monthly production, posting support, and any automation-related service connected to your subscription would stop once the service ends.
Refund handling should follow the business policy attached to the subscription and support process. Because SalonGrid is a custom content and service system, refund treatment should be based on work completed, subscription stage, and the policy you choose to enforce.
