Onboarding (5–30 minutes of your time)
We make this easy. You do less than you think.
The moment you check out, you get a welcome email with a link to our guided onboarding form. You tell us about your business, upload your logo, connect your social accounts, and answer a few questions about your services. That is it. Starter and Growth clients do this themselves. Pro and Social Growth clients get a 30-minute kickoff call. Content Machine, Viral Growth, and Studio Domination clients get full white-glove onboarding.
Tier A – Self-Serve
Live in 3 business days
Portal-based onboarding form (~30 min). We configure your automation stack in the background (~45 min). Optional 30-min kickoff Zoom, not required.
Tier B – Kickoff Call
Live in 5 business days
You fill out the same self-serve form. You also book a 30-minute call where we tune your voice receptionist, set your deposit rules, connect your social accounts, and answer any questions before go-live.
Tier C – White-Glove
Live in 7–10 business days
You book three sessions with us: a 60-minute kickoff to review strategy, a 60-minute technical setup where we configure every feature with you, and a 30-minute go-live review to confirm everything works the way you want.

Videos Arrive Monthly
Videos Arrive Monthly. Log into your portal on the first. Watch them land.
You do not write scripts. You do not edit. You pick a template, follow the upload prompts (clips, photos, or just a talking point depending on the template), and submit. For T07 AI Talking Videos and T08 AI Commercials you do not film anything at all, we generate them on our end. We produce each video in five to seven business days, brand it to your business, and drop it in your portal. Pro and up, we post directly to your connected socials. Content Machine and up, you get 3-day priority production.
