You'll get an onboarding email within 24 hours with a link to your portal and your guided onboarding form. Pro and above also get a 30-minute kickoff Zoom scheduled within 48 hours. Content Machine and above get full white-glove setup. Either way, your portal is live and your first videos start production within 3–10 business days, depending on plan.
Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts.
The 20% new client discount applies to your first 3 billing cycles only. After Month 3, billing moves to the regular monthly price.
Yes. All SalonGrid Studio plans are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
